One off Vicars .303 machine gun 12' leading belt with stated manufacturer M. F. Co and date stamped 1940.

  • It is beautifully made and has a propeller design set in the cover, which seems to be made of red fibre, a pressed paper material used for making engine gaskets and many other parts on 1st WW period aeroplanes. It is in good condition overall, though the joints on the propeller blades are prominent, which in fact enhances the design. 7.1/2" wide x 5" high and the cavity is 6" diameter and 3.1/2" deep.
