RFC Tender, Leyland Type S4 Instructional Posters

This set of twelve brightly covered posters are dated 1916 and 1917 and are extremely rare originals. Each is a work of art in itself.

All detail the mechanical components of the Royal Flying Corps RFC Tender, the Leyland Type S4 truck.

Approx. 27" x 40" (99 x 68cm) each, they are printed on thick cartridge paper. There is inevitably some slight damage to edges and fading/storage marks as seen in the photographs, but otherwise in a remarkable state of preservation. The content is not affected and these would look good in frames.
